I have stayed at The Crossings since February of 2015 so my lease is up next month if i renew my lease the rent will go up even more higher than it is now which will be 982.. Their not worth 1,000
You have to pay I believe $25 or $10 monthly for parking depending on where you park at. parking spaces should be included with your apartment or it should at least be a 1 time deposit fee.
I was almost at the end of my pregnancy and the security is very rude they harassed me for parking in handicap after I've showed my high risk papers and even after i ordered a handicap sticker. It's noisy the walls are very thin you can hear other residents shower run, toilet flush and whatever else goes on in their home.
The office managers here at the Crossings told DHS all my personal business without my consent I think that's very unprofessional and they violated rights. You have no privacy!! I've been followed home by an employee from the office. The office manager asked my cousin if she could enter her home because she smelled marijuana outside and she allowed the manager to enter after seeing that the smell didn't come from her home. The pool was opened 2 weeks before the summer ended. The exercise room still been closed all year. The apartments are nice not so much as spacious but yet I wouldn't recommend moving here I'm ready to move out before my lease is up.
