i have lived here since 2013 i lived in a 2 bdrm in back of complex and for 2 yrs in front 1 bdrm in this time of 2 yrs my hot water went out 11 times once didnt get fixed until the 3rd day i have asked many times to replace it all i get from office is its not broke and send maintence to relight it i wrk in the medicail field i need to shower daily because contact with bodily fluids this is really got me at my wits end i need number of owner i know his name but refuses me a number im tired of feeling unclean. My rent goes up for 2nd time im told because water bill in whole complex well darn im not the cause cause i cant even shower when i want to
