Addressing a few points from the previous review: I've had a few reasons to put in for repairs and have NEVER been charged for the repair. Repairs have included refrigerator service and a new water heater. No charge. I asked for extra towel bars to be installed in the bathroom, and was charged for the bars themselves, but that's it. Some of the neighbors can be loud during the quiet times, but I have found management to take complaints seriously and address the issue quickly. One area in need of improvement is the entering of apartments by management, but not for the reason the previous reviewer states. Management does NOT enter apartments "whenever they feel for any reason", but specifically to do smoke detector inspections, air filter replacements on furnaces, and bed bug inspections with a sniffer dog, and they always give notice when these events will happen. The problem is usually the notice is inadequate--usually along the lines of "We're coming in to do this thing tomorrow thanks". A few more days notice would be nice. In short, this has been the best rental experience I've had, and would not hesitate to rent here again.
