Since the new company has took over I already see a huge difference in the customer service aspect. Michelle in the office is amazing and has always looked out for the residents and helped. However, the woman who is above Michelle is nothing short of rude. I believe her name is Gail? It's sad that when takeovers happen it starts off so rough and forceful. Gail, if you want to keep us loyal residents that have been here for years to continue staying here, you may just have to go take a customer service or interpersonal communication course. Unless your company's goal is to drive people out of the property, you aren't doing a good job at all. I would not recommend this property to anybody until new management gets their act together.
