I have been a resident for almost 5 years and I have just signed a new lease but it will probably be my last time. The new company once again raised my rent an additional $50.00 per month. I was told that I should be grateful to pay so little and that they really didn't care that if I stayed or not that they were losing money on me and they could get a new tenant they would pay the current market value. It didn't matter that I have paid in full and on time each month. I have never complained nor has anyone complained about me. I maintain my apartment, clean up after my dog. We could hardly use the pool or hot tub last year because they were continually broke. The gym is a joke. The new company is trying to spruce up the place but the way I was treated was terrible.
