Lake Village of Rochester Hills
Resident · 2013 - 2015
I lived at LVRH for over a year and a half and I really enjoyed my time there. From the very beginning, Michele and the staff at the club house were nothing but nice and helpful. The maintenance workers were quick to answer my calls and fix any issue I had. My neighbors were extremely friendly. The wooded area in the back of my complex was wonderful.... I love being outdoors and the trees and bike trails were awesome.. Especially in the Fall. There was a family of deer that would walk by my back porch regularly! :) it was something I will never forget! I have lived in Fort Myers and Miami, Florida... As well as Grand Rapids and now Rochester Hills and I can honestly say LVRH has been my favorite place to live thus far. If you are looking for an apartment where there are granite counter tops, state-of-the-art appliances, an infinity pool with a spa-like atmosphere, perfect windows/doors/side walks, free of any noise from nearby neighbors or businesses, then you should probably pray really hard to win the lottery and move to Beverly Hills, CA.... This is an apartment complex in Michigan. Just like people make repairs to their homes after a long Michigan winter, LVRH has to make repairs too. And I feel like they do and will continue to do a great job.
