Lived here for over a year. Here are some suggestions to help make things less stressful on tenants: -Keep up on basic maintenance of apartments 50% of all outside lights are burnt out, lamp posts outside have missing fixtures. -Online website for work requests and bill pay are not easy to navigate. -Gated entrance....suppose to be for security however they are always breaking and are more of a nuisance than what its worth. I suggest removing them entirely. Scanning a gate card each time you enter is a major pain. Also the display on the guest entry is illegible, all my guests have no idea which entrance or how to operate the guest entry keypad. -The online website to pay bills and submit work orders is confusing and not user friendly. -Turn around on work request is very slow. Previous apartments would call you back within a 24hour period. I know people are busy but time needs to be allocated to at least respond to peoples needs.
