Oaks at Hampton Apartments

The ONLY thing going for Oaks at Hampton
is the location. If it wasn't for that I'm
sure the place would be bankrupt.
The maintenance is a joke. One person in
particular can't even replace a lightbulb
in a dark refrigerator without specific
instuctions which he sure won't get from the
staff in the office that condenses your
maintenance request to 2 words and this guy
can't figure nothing out on his own. Be prepared to have to have them come in your apartment 2 or 3 times to fix anything and look out if it's something that will cost
them a little money, you have to just about threaten to sue them to get it fixed.
If you move there you'll find out soon enough which maintenance guy is the idiot when you come home and wonder why your stuff isn't fixed. I think he's related to somebody. If you think living in an apartment will get rid of your house maintenance worries don't move here. It's easier to hire a professional and get things done right because it's the same every time they come to fix anything. The office staff
acts professional but they don't even get
your requests right when you call. They must be in a hurry to get back to making cookies.
