Just moved out a month ago and was overall pleased with my experience. I'm glad I chose this as my first place to live after moving out of my parents. Beautiful landscaping, the remodeled pool is amazing, prompt and professional staff/maintenance. The apartment interior is very nice. Granite countertops, tile flooring, tons of closet/pantry space, and the full-length mirrors in the hallway and pantry are a nice touch. You get to pick a free accent wall color and the base color of all the other walls is a nice creamy sand shade instead of boring white. Noise was somewhat of an issue.. I could hear my neighbor's conversations perfectly clear if it was silent in my apartment. You can hear everything in the hallway; the apartments must have very thin walls but we didn't live next to any crazy partiers nor did they complain to us or the office when we had 10 people over in our apartment. Overall a quiet community. Tons of extra parking spaces for guests. Lighting in the parking lot could be better. I liked that they had a recycling bin next to every dumpster. Never had any bug issues. Whenever there was any type of construction or inspection going on they always notified the residents well in advance by leaving notes on our doors. The knob to turn our shower on broke a few times and the water heater was funky.. it would get scorching hot for a few seconds at least once or twice every shower but I never complained to maintenance about it, so I can't really fault them for that. One other annoying thing about the bathroom is the fact that there are FOUR FULL-SIZED doors (at least in a 2br) that all clash into each other! One door from the hallway, one closet door, a door between the sink area and the toilet/shower, and then one to the master closet from the shower/toilet! If at least the closet door wasn't a full-size swing out door it wouldn't be so bad but it's just a very odd/annoying setup. I don't think the door to the master closet is really necessary either... But anyways, I would definitely recommend this apartment to others. They are small for the price but you are getting what you pay for... a pleasant stay with very helpful staff. We got our full deposit back even though there were a few minor carpet stains/marks on the walls we were worried about. Overall very pleased. Thanks TV :)
