This is a nice place but it has a couple of things that could make your stay more comfortable. My main reason for moving from Timberlea Village is that my apartment does not has a washer and dryer in unit and with little kids in the house its difficult to use the laundry room (that only has one washer and one dryer per building - each building has 8 apartments). The kitchen is a little small but you can live with it. You can't hang the t.v. on the wall. The floors creak a lot... I was in a first floor and you could hear the roof creaking too because the upstairs neighbors were walking around. Bathroom is really uncomfortable... has three doors that clash all the time. Also has a shower/tub with sliding doors which are super difficult to clean and their rail gets really nasty all the time. The bathroom is also the coldest room in the apartment. Besides that its a pretty decent apartment. Lots of closets and storage space. It even has little storage room included. Maintenance is prompt. Clean, nice looking surroundings, safe neighborhood, close to everything.
