Horrible. Stay away! I lived there for 6-years and they kept raising the rent to accommodate constant renovations. Rochester uses well water and is not connected to the Detroit water supply, hence the water is packed with minerals, calcium and lime which has ruined the pipes over the decades. You can expect many days duration without hot water and some days with no water at all as they are constantly replacing and repairing the plumbing. Worst part is you won't even be notified when the water is going to be shut off. The rental office is useless... they work part time and even still leave early and arrive later then posted hours suggest. Each unit is heated by water and that water is a conduit for creepy crawlies. Spiders, centipedes (which look like walking mustaches) and gnats are unavoidable. No roaches though as the spiders kill them all.
