Please do not move in!
Please do no move in, this property has changed hands twice in the last year. My apartment floods every time it rains, please see the pic below, the parking lot outside will flood and so will your apartment! <pics are from multiple floodings> The newest management "silva and silva" are not people you want to be dealing with! Cut-throat is the word that would describe them. Silva is apparently a lawyer too, so you better read that contract carefully. Parking lot is a nightmare, walls are always falling over (this is an old complex), I know the person who had a piece of the brick wall fall on his car. managements said: not our fault. Multiple break in's from the second floor doors, multiple tenants over the last years. Also you have to see the laundary room at 1105 to believe it! its flooded, smells like mold and looks like a dungeon. All in all, this is the last place you should move into, there are many complexes around this area for even cheaper prices that are better managed that this one.Share This Review
