I've only been at Woodward North for six months and I've got a new place lined up for when my lease ends. This place is awful. First and foremost - Will Jordan in the leasing office is as rude as they come and is the least helpful person I've ever met. Maintenance requests are never fixed the first time around. There are cops in the parking lot almost daily because of the high crime specifically in this apartment complex. The elevator doesn't work when it hot out, which sucks for everyone who lives on the third or fourth floor. The complex and parking lot is always covered in trash. They WAY overcharge for gas and water - my bill was as high as $140 one month this winter, even though I'm never home. Potholes all over the parking lot big enough to pop two tires. There is NEVER parking near your building at night, only in the back which has no lighting. The water is always really hot. Apartments reek of cigarettes from your neighbors (who are allowed to smoke in their units). Check everything on the move in list because there's ALWAYS something broken or wrong. This is the worst place I've ever lived. There's a reason it's so cheap to live here. I literally applied for a new place to live five months in and am counting down the days until I can leave.
