I have lived in several apartment communities, including some luxury style ones. This caught our eye because of the location and price. These are not the NEWEST facilities but I will say they are VERY sound, safe and comfortable. We have a 2 bedroom, upper level apartment that is about 1,500 square feet. I rarely hear my neighbors... let alone see them. The community is very quiet and comfortable. I feel safe and these feel more like condos than apartments. The apartments itself are roomy. I do not feel like I live in an apartment and many people ask if we live in condos..... so it is worth every penny we pay. Also, the finishes in the apartments are not luxury but they are also not horrible. They look pretty nice and I am always proud to have people over. I do not feel like these were thrown together, cheap apartments. The only drawbacks: 1. Parking is limited. And on the first few days here I had some NOT SO NICE notes left on my cars. But, once you get the a swing of it then it works. This kind of works to the advantage of us though because there are not many "parties" here and that is probably due to lack of parking. 2. No garbage disposal. (There is a dishwasher though) I am not in one of the new, updated ones towards the front. But, I can imagine it is nice. Also, if you are in the dog building there are dog stations for waste. Super plus! Maintenance comes quickly and the management is nice also. Overall, this may be the last apartment I ever live in. When I leave, I will probably be sad because I have enjoyed it here a lot.
