I never had a problem with a landlord until Water's Edge. Erica in the leasing office lacked professionalism and tact and was an embarrassing display of a manager. Aside from her being 2+ hours late to my initial apartment showing… When my unit had a leak, maintenance cut a 17"x25" hole into my kitchen ceiling and refused to tarp it off. My kitchen was rendered unusable for 5 weeks while my pet and I were exposed to debris, insulation, bugs, rainwater etc. that fell into my apartment directly through the roof. I was given a bucket with a hole in it to collect the rainwater. To top it off, Erica ordered an occupancy check based on unfounded claims from a neighbor who thought they saw me vacating my apartment… When I expressed my frustrations to her, I get an email from her saying my "nasty attitude stops right now." She refused to ever apologize for this statement, and the regional manager at Fourmidable backed her up. Classy, right? YIKES. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
