I have done a lot of apartment hunting in the area and no other place has the amenities 12 North has for the same cost. 12 North has a beautiful pool, excellent building security, and friendly and helpful office staff. Not to mention, the apartment floor plans are well organized, have lots of closet space and large rooms. Covered parking spots are provided for every resident and at no addition charge. Overall, if you are looking for a reasonably priced complex with friendly people, 12 North is the place to go.
