I have lived at 12 North Apartments going on two years now. It has been a pleasure living here. The staff, Dawn and Mallory are always pleasant and schedule fun things for the tenants to do. The maintenance staff are always on time and do repairs in a timely manner. The grounds and building are always kept clean. The only problem I noticed is that it is a older building that needs new windows due to drafts in the winter and the heating vents are close to the windows which can cause the apartments to stay cooler when the temp outside is below 0. But other than that, I did not have any issues at 12 North Apartments, I was always welcomed with open arms :).
