I've been a resident of 12 North for around 7 months now. Since my first phone call to the office, my experience has been fantastic! I scheduled a tour and was immediately impressed and excited about the prospect of moving in. The building is centrally located to Royal Oak, Farmington Hills, and Detroit. The open floor plans were also a highlight for me. After seeing the location of the building and the layout of the apartment, I was sold. The move-in process was smooth and nicely handled by the staff. Maintenance has been friendly, and readily available. The residents are friendly. It's the kind of place where people greet you on the elevator. The pool was excellent in the summer. My girlfriend and I made use of it whenever we could. I love my large living room, large closets, and great view. I would strongly recommend 12 North Apartments to anyone looking for a safe, friendly apartment in the Southfield area.
