maintenance staff constantly changing. very, very hard to get repairs done. hard to get packages. often won't answer office phone, never returns emails, never returns calls - you either get them while they're in there or that's it. pretty quiet, clean in the public areas, safe. elevators were out for over a year-delayed constantly. ac always needs repairs every summer
