Resident • 2008 Not Recommended
My decision to move into the Monticello's was based largey on the reviews listed here. However, now that I'm in, I have several concerns. There has been a change over of both the people in the office, and that's always a sign for alarm. Even though maintenance responds to my problems in a timely manner, the apartments are older and require many repairs (not worth the monthly rent). A lot of families also live here and their children are loud and unattended. Also, beware of your cars tires being stolen, as my neighbors truck is sitting on 4 cement blocks, because her tires were stolen. I won't be renewing my least.
