I have lived at Pebble Creek for almost a year now, and I think that it's a great place to live for the price. I am a young professional without any kids, and I am saving up for a condo, so for the price of my rent ($590 - which includes washer and dryer), I really can't beat it!!! I would have to agree with everyone else that there are a TON of kids around the complex. However, I live in the back (1 bedroom), and there aren't any kids near me and the parking is great. I'm a VERY picky person, so before I moved in my apt, I asked to be placed in an apt away from all the kids, and also to be placed in an upper unit (They are much better than the lower levels!!). I haven't really had any maintenance issues since I've moved in, but the staff has always been helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. Also, make sure you put on your application that you heard about the apartments on rent.com - I did that, and received a free $100 debit card in the mail. I know this is getting lengthy, but in summary I would have to say that my primary complaint after living here for a year would be the lighting in the parking lot (which is always a personal concern of mine - I haven't had any break-ins or car theft).
