Do not move here!! Can't wait until our lease is up in a month! Battled with the office to get get maintenance to fix our AC all summer long! Every time, maintenance would look at the breaker fuse to see if it was off, and if it was on, there was no fix. AC set below 65 degrees and the actual temp in the apartment never went below 75. Out freezer in the fridge stopped being cold and it took 3 days for maintenance to come fix it. Main bathroom sink leaked from day 1, and put it on our move in check list, and it was never repaired. Parking is hell! We were told at move in that our spot was 3 carport from building. Started parking there and a neighbor in our building put a note on our windshield that it was her carport. So we started parking on the next carport, while we didn't even know if it was taken. Then new neighbors move in and started parking in our carport again. We talked to management and they pretty much just left it to us to deal with. Not to mention, visitors park in our carport spot too, if we leave to go eat out or something. Washer and dryer located in basement is a hassle. No light bulbs and very dark and creepy in the basement. We never did laundry here. Always had to go to a local laundry mat!! And above all, the neighbors constantly smoked weed and the building hallway constantly stunk of weed. Which usually made our unit smell of weed too! This place is annoying. I loved the spaciousness of the unit, but can't wait to leave. Don't move here!!!! You'll regret it.
