Dear Resident We completely understand your frustration while the boiler in your building was down for over 7 days. We worked as fast and diligent as possible to solve the issue and i am glad we were able to purchased and installed a brand new boiler in record time. I really hope you can give us a second chance and change your mind regarding our community. We do have a maintenance line 24/7 and, you can always reach out to the management office in case your work orders are not completed under reasonable time Hope you have an amazing weekend

We're sorry to learn of your negative impression of our community, Tyler. To address your main concern, all notices we issue to our residents comply with Michigan law. The final account statements are generated through Onesite and all have the same footer which states former residents have 7 days to dispute in writing. In addition, security deposit checks are mailed from our corporate office within 30 days of move-out in compliance with state housing laws. We understand that unexpected deposit returns can be frustrating and apologize for any misunderstandings that have occurred. Moving forward with your feedback in mind, we'll continue working hard to provide five-star living experiences for all our community members and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
