I don't recommend anyone staying at Regal Towers, nor will I refer anyone. First off the staff is rude ,and need an attitude adjustment. Second I lost my key but i knew where I had left it, plus I had another key inside the apartment. Because it was after hours for maintenance according to them, they charged me $50. It took maintenance 2 minutes to get their and 1 minute or less to unlock the door so why the hell am I paying $50 when I had another key in the apartment. I barely can afford to pay my rent staying by myself I ask the property manger to waive this fee this one time and she declined it. It's sad when you have no sympathy for someone that's already struggling to pay rent. When my lease is up I will no longer be staying here, and you're lose a resident!
