they are horrible I should have never come back to that place.... The first time was ok in 2009 but 2016 I regret the stay. bugs in corners, maintenance flooded my apartment. I noticed the day before moving in that the trees was so high it almost reached the third floor.... with that being said I told them to cut them down so I could come out on my balcony or to move me to another unit. they didn't cut them until work had to be don't on the third floor tenant leaking ceiling/roof. upon moving in I noticed the intercom didn't work, water wasn't turned on even though they have you submit confirmations from DTE and consumers prior to moving in, shower rod missing, refrigerator didn't cool and it was old food in it, toilet was loose, my bathroom sink needs to be re-glazed. I thought some form of inspection was supposed to be done to check for things like this I am very unhappy and I cant wait to move out. I will not be back.
