I recently resigned another year here at VG West. After living here for one year and before signing for another year my girlfriend and I did a little bit of apartment shopping. We were currently living in 3 bedroom townhome which was PERFECT for us and my son. While we were shopping we did "drive-thrus" of other non-VG properties. You pay for what you get. Safety is my first priority, and at first appearance we drove right thru and out. The curb appeal and safety was there. Instantly we went back to the VG West office and re-signed, and transferred to 2-1 second floor apt. We had a couple different options to meet our needs and Dave the property manager was willing sit down with us to view all of them and allowed us to take our time to think about what we wanted to do which didn't take much thinking. We went in the following day to due the signing portion. Ashley sat down with us in the newly renovated clubhouse and went over ALL of the lease documents. We moved in. Now to the maintenance side. We needed maintenance to come in to do some repairs on our washer/dryer. Dave came in to evaluate for any repair parts needed, a set of springs for the washer and clear the dryer pipe. It was a bit later in the day at this point and he took care of the dryer, and the springs was going to be bigger job which would needed more time. They had repair parts in stock and came back the following morning. I came home from work with a door tag on my door informing that Dave was here for the repair. Our washer/dryer was fixed within the 24 hour turn around time as they advertise. THATS AWESOME in opinion!!! As in the past I've had other maintenance staff in due to repairs and again AWESOME WORK! In between these repairs I was able to meet the service manager Brandon as he reassured me that everything will be taken care of. Our dishwasher will be replaced as he ordered it and will be installed once arrival. Overall from the leasing office to the maintenance team, in one word. OUTSTANDING! Craig
