This apartment complex was great, until new management took over. Since then it has been all down hill. The staff is very rude, and does not maintain the property well. The new management has literally taken the "luxury" out of this complex and turned it to an average apartment complex while still charging luxury prices. Since new management has taken over, they abruptly changed the bill cycle for the gas, changing it from the middle of the month to being due on the first of the month with rent. This might not have been a big deal to some residents but being a on a budget this was difficult to adjust to. They changed the pool hours from being open from 10 to closing at 9. A lot of residents work until 5-6:00 at night, by the time we get home and cook dinner there is no longer time for us to enjoy the pool that we pay extra to have. And again the staff is rude when telling people to leave, I've even seen them laugh at residents who came close to 9:00, telling them they can't swim. The club house hours have changed from being 24 hours to closing at 9:00. We can no longer enjoy watching games on the big screen because staff kicks you out, and they are not polite about it. They used to allow us to use the computers in the club house to print documents during office hours, now they no longer allow printing. Maitnance has been declining, with the old management we never had issues, now we have had staircase lights out for months and they have not changed the lightbulb. The car vaccume has been out of order for months, and the work out facility and mail room are rarely cleaned. It's the little things that made this a great apartment to live in, this used to be a place worth moving to. Had I known management was going to change from a group a lovely people who cared about their residents, to what it is now I never would have moved here. Overall I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. They charge more than any other complex in the area and they no longer care about their residents.
