Kings Arms Apartments
Resident · 2011
I moved to Kings Arms a little over two years ago. They had a great move in special with a low security deposit and I couldn't beat the location for my job. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone, however, because the complex is old and literally falling apart! They don't include heat in their rent, yet when I asked if the windows could be fixed (because one morning I woke up to snow on my floor and window sill even though the window was closed and locked!) they told me no and gave me plastic to put over my windows. I've lived in a few different complexes and I've never had to call maintenance as much as I do here. Granted, they come relatively quickly to "fix" your problem, but their backwards way of "fixing" things only lasts a month. My dishwasher is in crooked and instead of remounting it, they move it a little and say it's fixed. The toilet leaked and continuously ran for about a year until after about 5 or 6 maintenance visits they got it to stop. Another bad thing is they need to clean the ducts where the heat and air run through. I can only dust my apartment so much, the dust build up is ridiculous. I am a clean person and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place. The only positive I can seem to find is the office staff, they are very personable.
