Lived here for over 18 months. Never had any problems. Apartments have thick walls, so I never hear my neighbors. I always have parking around my building if I have a guest. When it snows they plow everything within 24 hours, staff are really friendly. They even put down new carpet and hardwood floors before I moved in. They allow pets but also have pet-free buildings if that's not your things. Laundry is in the basement for my building, 2 sets of washer dryers for 12 apartments. Pool, basketball, small workout room. Big thing: Rent only raised $15 after my first year. Pretty good compared to a lot of horror stories on the site. Building is a little older so my heat can be a little more pricey, but isn't bad this winter, surprisingly.
