Overall it's excellent. Lovely neighborhood, premises VERY well kept up. I'm not thrilled about having my neighbors SO close together -the door slamming drives me NUTS. The laundry room is scary because of the fire doors that shut behind you that seem to guarantee that NO one could hear you scream should someone try to attack you. Also these facilities could DEFINITELY be better maintained.
