Nice place, but needs some improvements
We have lived here for almost a year now. Our rent was at a nice rate. Now they are raising our rent over $100 a month for the 12 month lease. That is crazy. The residents are all very nice theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Still Renting:)
I just rented an apartment at Bayberry. Kind of hard to get in I was on a wait list for awhile but it was worth it! Very cool place to live. Thought they were only condos, but they are still renting some.ā¦Ā See More >aptdweller44

Fine for an apt, would never buy the condos
I have lived at Bayberry for over a year in a one bed apt. We are moving because they are converting them to condos. Area is fine but I would never buy one of these condos. Nothing is replaced when you buy it. They justā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Extremely pleased - perfect environment and location
Since purchasing the converted apt (now a condo complex) it's amazing how comfortable the living situation is. The management is polite, responsive and the community is quiet. With a location next to Somerset Mall and close to I-75 and I-696 you can't beatā¦Ā See More >anonymous

A Great Place to Live!
