SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. Dear Neighbor, Thank you so much for your review and feedback. Your happiness is the of the utmost importance to us. Our amazing maintenance team works diligently to ensure the community is maintained and all maintenance requests are processed within a 24 hour period. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our community as well as being accountable for any and all maintenance concerns. Although our second elevator was recently renovated, both elevators are working magnificently without any reports of residents being "stuck" for any period of time. We would love to discuss your concerns in person. Our diligent office staff is available for both our residents and prospective residents needs and concerns. Our office hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday. Please call our office at (248)362-0320 so that we can discuss in person your concerns.
