Dear Valued Resident, Thank you so much for taking the time to review our community and sharing such kind words. Your feedback is not only helpful to our growth but is very much appreciated! We definitely have had some renovations over the past few years and will continue to do so again into 2016 including the installation of new covered parking spaces. Hello We apologize if you feel that you/your sister have not received the excellent service that the management company is very dedicated to achieving. Indeed, any issue that will cause an uncomfortable living environment we try to resolve the repairs as quickly as possible. We value our residents and hope that you can appreciate that we truly worked diligently to expedite and resolve this major inconvenience. We apologize that it seems you were unhappy during your stay here Harlo Apartments. While the buildings are older, we have put a lot of time and effort into revamping the appearance and the condition of the buildings. During your stay we repainted and replaced the carpet in your building and are in the process of replacing all entry doors and windows on the entire property and installing a gated entry. We have no record that you informed us of centipede activity in your housing, had you reported it we could have sent an exterminator out right away. Luckily, centipedes are not poisonous, just a slight inconvenience that could have easily been taken care of. Living in an apartment is an adjustment, you are sharing your space with multiple other residents and so time to time you may not have complete silence in your home. We apologize for the unexpected burden. Finally, we apologize that you feel the staff was rude to you. They are just doing their best to follow the guidelines in the lease that you signed. On behalf of the owners and as the management group, we are truly dedicated to make this a great community in every way. Prior to the air condition project, we were working to make many of the improvements that you mention. We are sorry for the continued inconvenience of the air conditioning, this has been a difficult start to summer for our residents as well as our management team. We had to work closely with our insurance company, unfortunately, with this being such a large project, it did take while this did take a while and both parties worked as efficiently as possible to begin repairs. The good news is that those repairs are now well underway and we anticipate a project completion date of July 31. .
We are sorry for the inconvenience, the ownership group and management company are very dedicated to getting this matter resolved as quickly as possible. We are sorry if you feel that the story changed at any point, actually, it sounds like you were kept rather informed as we had information available to us. Indeed, many or our air conditioning units had been vandalized and we had to work with the insurance company to come up with a solution that would resolve the repairs as quickly as possible. Simultaneously to working out many details with the insurance company, we were lining up a repair team to expedite the project. It looks like we should have all units back in working order at the end of this month. We value our residents and hope that you can appreciate that we truly worked diligently to expedite and resolve this major inconvenience.
