. We have tried to let you know about these problems before by phone calls and in person on I called on 3/9/2013 about my stove in my apartment not working. Blair then picked up and told me someone will be out monday. I waited until the following friday to contact the Cass Lake shore apartments about my stove, no one came out. I called and spoke with Blair on 3/16/2013, she insured me someone will be out on Monday. Tuesday night I get home, no one for both days. I call and left a message, saying I expect someone to be out and/or a call back. I got neither. The following day, I call both Hartman and Tyner and Cass Lake. I left a message about my complaint. As of today. No response back and no working stove to cook food. How can I cook without a stove I am paying for in my apartment lease..
