A lot of cosmetic work needs to be done. In almost three years here, neither the inside of the building nor the outdoor balconies have been painted although they are in desperate need of such. The fireplaces are pretty much for show as, the way they're currently set up, they provide no real heat or additional comfort. Parking is a regular problem on the Corwin side as there really is not a large enough lot for as many buildings that require its use. Management is a problem, but it's mainly because they can't seem to consistently keep staff. The soundproofing definitely leaves a lot to be desired, and if you like surround sound or loud bass, this is not the place for you. I otherwise love the location, and the grounds are kept very nicely landscaped and maintained. It is currently the nicest apartment complex in Williamson.
