Renting through Flo Mar went really well for the year that I stayed with them. Apartment was very nice and staff was kind and very helpful! They respond to emails really quickly like within the hour and are always able to give a ton of information for any questions asked. The neighborhood around my apartment could get noisy at times but there was really no issue with that and no times where I ever felt unsafe.
