Resident • 2016 - 2018 Not Recommended
The air conditioner went out in my apartment and the management is making it blatantly obvious that they don't care. After practically begging them to help, as it's 90 degrees in my apartment with 2 cats and electronics overheating, this is the response I got- "Hi Jessica, I understand it's very warm and I'm so sorry your AC stopped working. Unfortunately, I do not have a portable unit. I can send my maintenance supervisor over first thing in the morning for an extra set of eyes on your unit. Our contractor is extremely busy due to the warm weather and is overwhelmed with service calls. Of course, everyone needs him as soon as it's warm out! I'm relieved that he's able to come out on Monday and thankfully the temps will start to cool down starting tomorrow. Please let me know if we can come in tomorrow morning. " I want everyone to know how Flo-mar treats their residents.
