Parking needs to be improved, some of the personal parking spots are at least a spot and a half wide. Also wider access to recycling would be nice, without an additional price surge on top of the $30 valet trash service. They generally do a good job with snow service.

    Okay, about as expected for price and location. I wouldn't pay much more than I currently do though. AC units are outdated and have to run much more frequently than the heat does. Maintenance is nice. Parking is a major issue, not nearly enough parking close to the apartment entrances, parking is not regulated in any way. It should be limited to 1-2 cars per apt with an over flow lot in the back for apts with many cars or trailers. In the summer some people park trailers, ATVs or leave cars for sale in the precious parking spots. They offer a lot of reserved and covered spot that are expensive. The covered spots are often aways away from the apt doors making it difficult to see your car and easier for car thief's (speaking from personal experience). It's also kind of creepy to walk out to the covered spots by yourself in the dark. Also because the sides of the structures aren't enclosed I found there was often still snow on my car. Management is aware of parking issue but don't address it. They are super great about plowing the roads at the complex though!
