Our apartment was very unready to be moved in. Most stuff were worn out and every room had dust. Even the bathroom! There was garbage underneath the heaters, and our blinds looked like they were cut because they were uneven. Our sliding door screen has dust and other stuff on it, so clearly shown that it has not been cleaned and same goes with our other windows. They didn't give us new carpet, only washed it, there were stains on the carpet but not really noticeable, only on certain spots. But you can tell the carpet was wearing out because some of the carpet was starting to come off. Our outlets don't hold in the stuff thats plugged into them. The bedrooms don't come with ceiling lights. Had to clean the whole apartment myself. The refrigerator wasn't even cleaned out good! There was still food and stains when you moved the racks. Just overall, not clean and very dusty and everything.

    Lack of communication from property manager, unit was not move in ready the day I received my keys. Did not receive one single apology from management when my requests were not met. Poor communication.

      Good place to live. Rent is a decent price, wish they would include one or two more utilities included in the rent to make a good deal. Close to the train and highways to get to places. Close to shopping and also to downtown Anoka, about a 2 minutes drive to get there. Overall a nice place that is very quiet.

        Trash laying around out side and under the stairs, use condoms outside in the parking lot and the hallway, violent neighbor shooting off fire extinguishers in the hallway and damaging exit signs, psycho neighbor in --- .. mail getting stolen

          It's a nice clean apartment and everyone else who lives here keeps to themselves which is nice. I haven't worried about anyone breaking into my apartment or car in parking lot. Just only wish there are light switches in bedroom and living room. Otherwise pretty decent size bedroom and living room to be by yourself

              So far, so good! The staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes the maintenance is a little behind but other than that it has been really nice. it is very quiet with minimal noise here and there, as to be expected.

                We have a lot of issues in the parking areas or sometimes getting into garage. I think some of the apartments may have a few more people living there that aren't on their lease. Sometimes someone will play music so loud its stupid. not all time thank god.

                    Since I moved in everything is very good. Apartment is good. I like it's close for everything. For malls grocery shop for restaurant for busses and train transportation. I like it. M glade I chose this apartment.

                      My experience has been pretty good here at #221, for 4 years. I'm thinking about staying at #221 for now. My time here has been ok. I did have a problem with the toilet 2 times were I got help from you. And, there was a problem one time were the alarm was noisy. Other things are good at this time so far. Again I think I'll stay here for 2018.

                        When we first moved in, the rent was very fair, we were only paying 735 a month for a 1 bedroom. However, over the last several years, we are finding ourselves wondering if we will be renewing our lease. We now pay 895 a month, with the condition our apartment is in, it's really not worth that. We came here because we thought the rent was going to be affordable, with the rent increase every year, it's becoming more unfordable to live here. In my opinion, if it's okay to raise rent from 735 from the start, and have it all the way up to 905 to 915 a month in 2019, then this organization should be picking up the tab on the utilities with water trash, and sewer cost. Why are we even paying for trash when we have to pay extra to throw a TV away, or a bed, or a couch. 95% of all places to rent from pays for trash when you have additional charges for throwing something big away.                             WELL THIS IS A NICE APARTMENT BUILDING,TO BE HONEST,THEY ARE LITTLE BIT HIGH FOR RENT,ESPECIALLY WHEN U HAVE TOO PAY ALL UTILITIES EXCEPT THE HEAT.UNLESS U ARE ON SECTION 8 OR SOMETHING,BUT THEY QUIT TAKING IT WHEN I MOVED IN.

                              My wife and have lived here since 2013, it has been good for the most part except for the price of rent raising every year. When we moved in, we were paying 735 a month, and now we are paying 820 a month, what I think should happen here is if your going to rais the rent, don't do it on a greedy basis. What that means is when you raise the rent, it should never be more than 10 exrtra dollars per month. I want you to realize that going from 735 a month to 820 in just over 3 years is pretty substantial, and for that much of an increase, you should have guidelines to follow up on if that resident has gotten enough pay raises from thier employer to rais the rent that much. Also, when you have Sam do a job, make sure he completely finishes it, for example, we had a medicine cabinet with a mirror and light fixtures on top of it replaced.                                   Well, I want to stay here and had no plans on moving but under the NEW policy I will have to. I have no problem with the apt. becoming "non-smoking" but I really would have loved having at least a longer notice. I mean 4 months was a little short for a resident that has been no problem and paid on time for 3 years. So much for loyalty

                                    This place used to be nice. It's really home down hill in the last 2 years. This place is noisy and dirty. There are holes in the walls in the hallway and garbage on the floors. The caretaker doesn't do her job well. Most the people here are inconsiderate. There is a lot of discrimination here also. Everyday I think of how badly I want to move out of here.

                                        This apartment has been a good, good home. Not only is it affordable, but well maintained. The staff have always been attentive, courteous, and helpful. Even as my rent is adjusted with a government subsidy, I have always been treated with respect and professionalism.

                                          Overall calm and quite. Nice place to live. Office hours are a big problem. You can not find anyone in the office most of the times when you need. Other than that the community is good overall. Parking is nice. The thing I hate is that you have to have a renter's insurance to move into the apartments.

We always look forward to our residents feedback. Meadowview is not a large enough property to have a full time staff person. All residents are able to call the Property Manager Monday-Friday, 8-4:30 pm at her other office location at 763-421-7702 if needed. The manager is very flexible with her schedule and will come over to Meadowview if needed outside of the posted office hours. Renters insurance is for the protection of our residents and your personal belongings. The requirement for renters insurance is becoming an industry standard for many rental communities.                                             This is the first time renting an apartment. I must admit out of all the apartments I researched in this area this was the best one. I feel safe and at home here. I have had only one complaint, which I have shared with management in regards to the smell from the cooking next door it make us sick, and also makes the master bedroom unusable for a day.

                                              The staff was incredibly difficult to get in touch with. Not to mention the fact that my move in date was delayed a day for the care taker to clean. The apartment was filthy when I moved in. Old food all over. The dishwasher also doesn't even work. The only reason I chose to live here is because my friend lives in the building. I am very angry that the caretaker didn't clean. She did NOTHING.

                                                Needs to be remodeled ASAP. One of the cheaper apartment communities in the Anoka area. Convenient to Ramsey, Andover, Coon Rapids commuters. A rent reduction would not be far-fetched for the apartment appearance/cosmetics. On the plus side, they will work with your rental/credit history if you have good job and can provide double deposits.

                                                  Love living here! Been here since 2007. I love the community and the staff. Even though I work for Steven-Scott I plan to live here for a long time. Maintenance is great! Love Joel to death as he can get the job done and he does it quickly. Good Job!
