SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

We are sorry this this remodeling has come at an inconvenient time for you while you are preparing to move in two months. Unfortunately, the timing for the entire completion of our remodeling project is set for the end of March 2015. We understand the frustration and inconvenience that moving personal belongings to make way for upgrades can cause. The project will only take 4-5 days, and will upgrade: the kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets, floors, bathroom vanity's and mirrors and lighting throughout the apartment. We hope that two weeks notice prior to the time of the remodel project gives residents time to prepare, and we are inviting everyone to fully use the community room, which contains a full kitchen, during the remodel. The fitness room is located next to the office, so we are able to check daily to make sure all equipment is in working order. We urge our residents to report anything that is not in working order to the office so we can replace or fix it. Thank you for you candid review, and we wish you luck in your future endeavors.
