This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented with. If you are looking for a place that will treat you with respect and value your worth as a tenant, this place is NOT for you. Not only are the leasing office staff incredibly rude, they also managed to offend my family and I when we talked to the assistant manager about our financial status. They even tried to sympathize with us, saying they'be been through it before. When I asked them if they've ever been in financial crisis or was filed eviction upon them, they said NO. I stared in disbelief; what sympathy they attempted to give was not only FALSE, it was also highly dismeaning. The staff here have NO empathy for their tenants and do not care if you suddenly have financial crisis. They will not communicate with you regularly unless you harp on them, and when you do follow up constantly, they reply back with passive aggressive comments. The maintenance staff, however friendly, rarely solves a problem when you call them for assistance. Whenever I did, I needed to request on the same issue twice if not three times before someone would finally attempt to fix the problem with the unit(s). I am extremely displeased with Devonshire Apartments and its management. I felt that the staff is not genuine in the very slightest, and their work ethic is absolute garbage. I will never rent from any one of Pinnacle Community's properties (such as this one, Devonshire Apartments) again.
