I am living at Devonshire for ~ 2 yrs now. Current property manager (Anna) is extremely unfriendly and arrogant. Some of the staff members don't keep up to date information on apartment/parking lot availability. They don't post rent until 1st day of each month but expect you to pay it by end of 1st day each month. You can rent apartment in downtown MN with the same price but with better amenities. Don't waste your time renting apartment here. Manager is arrogant and doesn't understand how to deal with residents. Underground parking lots are dirty as hell. Manager feels like she needs to get President's approval for being nice to people...
