Willows on France
Resident · 2010 - 2011
I would recommend living at Willows on France. Most of my friends ooh and ahh at my apartment when they come over. I have a newly remodeled luxury unit which means that all floors, appliances, and countertops were brand new. I pay a little more than I would for a normal unit, but just having a dishwasher makes it worth it to me. I was shocked to read so many reviews on here about poor management. Maybe I'm just an easy-going or lucky tenant, but I've never had any problems with them. I've put in a few maintenance work orders and they've responded 24-48 hours later. The only time I've complained was the one day the hot water was unexpectedly turned off for a couple hours on a weekday afternoon for water heater repair. When I called Jessi, she offered to let me shower in the model unit. While I'm in my living room, I can often hear muffled voices or music bass from my neighbors. Fortunately I rarely hear any noise while I'm in my bedroom. I love having the outdoor pool in the summer. I enjoy having the option of renting the classy party room (although sometimes they charge a fee which I don't agree with). There is a wide range of tenants living at WoF. Some college students, some single adults, some couples, some elderly, some families with young kids, etc.
