my experience at the bluffs was by far the worse apartment experience i've ever had. my apartment turned out to be a total ---- hole. my heat went out at least once a month, i had birds living in my ac unit (which the staff refused to acknowledge even tho i had a video of it), my neighbor's sewage backed up into my toliet, i constantly was scalded while showering, my mailbox did not properly lock, and they changed the locks to one of the entrances and never bothered giving me a key. the parking is also a nightmare. if u return home late at night, do not plan on finding a spot anywhere close and don't bother parking on the street or you will receive a ticket. u are also not allowed to have overnight guests due to parking unless u go to the office ahead of time and ask for a pass, which the office closes at 430 on weekdays and earlier than that on saturdays. so if u decide after that time, u are ---- out of luck. as far as the staff goes, i have nothing bad to say about ------. she is the only person who acted professionally and seems to show that she cares about the residents. ------ is one of the rudest human beings i have ever encountered in my life. why that woman has a job involving customer service is beyond me b/c she clearly hates life and people. she does not even try to solve problems. she just badgers u until u give up. AND if u speak to her boss, her boss does the same exact thing. i am now living somewhere where the staff is very nice and welcoming, as they should be.
