I rarely had a night that I didn't hear my neighbor walking around above me. This was not at regular awake time but usually 1am-4am. I also forwarded my mail and the people who moved into my old apartment decided to take my package......management said they couldn't do anything because they never saw it. Don't fall for the cheap rent, not worth the pain of everything including them charging a double deposit or having your deposit not refunded because they say it isn't clean enough. Don't forget all the people who lost all their stuff because a man started his apartment on fire and didn't know how to put it out.
