You would have to have everything in writing.. When I say everything, I mean everything.. A word out of their mouth is in most cases a lie. Also, you would have to go through each and every word of their lease agreement and then sign it. If you ignore, always exect surprises.. and please forget about the deposit you give them.. you are not going to get it
