over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience at Willow Pond, I am aware of some of the challenges that you were dealing with in your building, We work with all of residents to be mindful of other residents and try to help them understand they are impacting the ability of others to enjoy their homes, we do not always get the response we would like. In regards to move-out charges, when a resident gives us notice, we provide a list of items that we will be looking at when you leave. We hope this provides a good map so that there are not any surprises when you move out. While not required, we encourage scheduling a walk-through inspection with office staff prior to move-out so that everyone is on the same page. Lastly, I hear and appreciate the concerns you have shared about our Property Manager. It is never okay for a resident to feel belittled or disrespected while interacting with our staff, and we appreciate your feedback so that we may better serve our residents moving forward. Hello ELi0112, We are sorry to hear about your experience. We do ask that our apartment homes are returned to the same condition at move out, that they were in at move in. There are signs posted in the trash area about not throwing furniture in our dumpsters, and the fines for doing so. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. As stated on the security deposit refund letter, our carpet life expectancy is 8 years. We only charge for carpet replacement if the carpet doesn't last the 8 years and we will only charge a pro-rated amount. We try very hard to save the carpet by cleaning it and offering to shampoo it at renewal time. When there is money owed after move out, we do work with the residents by allowing a payment plan.
