Living there was a deceiving experience from day: - the management people was watching us from outside and was very rude to my young kids when their toys were falling off the patio - they charged me for "using" the door knobs, when I asked why, ( they were not broken, missing or anything like that) the manager told me that they looked just a little different from the knobs in another apartment and said that she will remove the charge when I will paid the full amount almost ( $3000) in 6 installments - they charged for items left in the dumpster that were not mine, they only removed the charge when I asked to see the pictures - they charged for the carpet that was not new at all ( and I was specifically told when I moved in that it will not be changed with the comment that it will actually be better for me because I have young kids) - the manager is awful with a fake smile on her face, I had a very bad and deceitful experience, the worse ever. I have always been refunded up to 90% of my deposit every time I moved out of an apartment. willow pond it's just not what you expect and nobody should go through that kind of experience. it is like we are paying 2 rents at the same time and it is very hard! I don't recommend this place to anybody! absolutely not!!!!!!!
