Do NOT rent from Carver Ridge!!! Be aware you have to deposit $200 for utility after you deposit $350 for the apartment. I made a mistake of not researching and needed a place asap. The appliances and floors are really outdated. They also reguired their tenants to have the carpets professionally cleaned within 72 hours before move out with a reciept to get your deposit back. The dumpsters are also not conveniently located near your apartment, they are near the entrance/exit of the parking lot which really blows when it's -15 outside. The parking lot is a nightmare during the winter time. The whole lot is on a hill and you'll be lucky if you can find a nearby spot if you work late. On a snowy day, it's almost impossible to get out of the icy hilly parking lot unless you have awd. There's times I had to take a cab because my car just wouldn't go pass the hill to get to the main road. If you're looking for a quiet building, look elsewhere! You could hear all your neighbors and the showers running. I never met my neighbor but I can tell you her kids name. I can hear her screaming at her kids and late at night screaming at her spouse. On top of that you can hear the stereo and tv throughout the night. Needless to say it ended up costing more money to get out of this hell hole but in the end it's worth every penny. Take it from me, pay a little extra for underground parking, card access building, and indoor mailbox and dumpster for peace of mind.
