The buildings themselves are fine, if a little pricey. Now that the construction is done it is definitely nicer. The biggest problem is the administration staff and maintenance. They don't respect any tenant's rights or privacy. The manager bullies most of the residents, and is highly prejudiced against the non-white and handicapped tenants. Having cars towed with the excuse "well we called you" is common and ignoring privacy and just sending maintenance crews in whenever they want (rather than make an appointment like they are supposed to) is common.
Handicap spots are not enforced, packages are sent back without contacting a tenant, and a total disregard for tenants' legal rights is common. The apartments are fine, but management is petty and childish.
